Complete remodelling of kitchen and dining area to open plan living space with glass balustrades throughout, relocating the stairs to the rear of house. Velux Windows throughout upstairs to allow that natural light flow, including a velux balcony in the main bedroom. External corner window with bench seat to relax on those lazy days. Finished off with a three sided stove, timber floors, wool carpets and painted throughout.
